Guidelines: The following form should be submitted by UNSW students intending to go on an outbound international experience including: internships, short courses, summer courses, events or conferences.

NOTE: By registering the details of your travel we can determine if your travel will be covered by the UNSW Travel insurance policy. Students should consult with the Exchange Office for all outbound mobility at UNSW partner institutions. If applicable, students MUST speak to their UNSW Faculty about their proposed study plan and negotiate any transfer of credit issues with their Faculty before submitting an application. Apart from any stipulated funding, students are responsible for covering any costs associated with their short course program.
